One Day Wet and Wild

Todays youth are happy and healthy when they are out being active, so why not learn while having some fun in the sun.

High Level Canoes and Kayaks have found that when given a chance these students are natural paddlers. What better way than a day out in the water to learn new skills, make new friends and introduce our youth to the adventures of kayaking and canoeing and paddle boarding.

This is a one day summer camp that runs from 9:00am -3pm at Park Lake. We will be meeting at the High Level store at 9:00am where the students will be outfitted with all their gear. From here they will be transported to Park Lake by our staff where they will spend the day learning basic skills and safety with a whole lot of fun, returning to the store at 3:00pm. In this session we will teach them a variety of paddling skills in a safe and fun approach while helping build confidence and self esteem, From here the student will have a chance to advance their training with our continued education programs and establish more confidence on the water.

The certified instructors at High Level Canoes and Kayaks are trained in instructing paddlers of all ages and will lead the students through age related skills and drills with lots of thrills. A the same time we strive to instill upon all participants the importance of safe paddling in all water related activities.
